This was my first time ordering lunch and it was delicious! I had the ahi tuna wrap and my wife had the burger. We both cleared out plates. The server seemed a bit distracted to start off, but she was attentive and our food came out hot. The crowd started to pick up towards the end of our lunch which made it feel a little tight and less intimate, but overall great experience.

Today was my first time visiting WAG and I was pleasantly surprised!!! When I arrived I parked behind the establishment , which was paid parking at a very nominal fee. I actually entered into the side entrance and was immediately greeted by staff, who we're friendly. The environment was bright and clean, which was very nice and refreshing. There seemed to be 2 sides for dining, I was not as observant as I was very glad to connect with a friend I have not seen in a while so that was not my focus. The staff, all the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Our waitress was Julie, she was very attentive, accommodating and friendly. She had sleeve tattoos which were beautiful as well. The food was great!! I ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Waffles and Chicken, very good!! They were perfect, it wasn't overly sweet and had a cream cheese filling with cinnamon which is my favorite seasoning, so I appreciated it. The chicken was boneless and thin, had a great golden brown coat and I was impressed. It taste good and looked good as they arrived to the table. My friend ordered the strawberry cheesecake waffles, she was familiar with this dish and really enjoyed them. We got to go meals for loved ones, no pics sorry. But shrimp and grits and a customs cheese burger and waffle fries!!!! The my relative had the cheese burger and waffle fries, they said it was ok, sort of bland and they was not too into angus beef. I look forward to going back. I've already shared my great experience with others so I'll make my way out soon. I noticed they offer outdoor dining, so I could totally see that happening when the weather breaks. Go & Enjoy!!!

Second time here and decided to go on a whim. Because it was peak brunch time, we had a bit of a wait. But it was actually shorter than expected - they said 45 minutes, but it was only 20. Just like last time, the food was amazing! He got the Crab Cake Benedict while I decided to get the Southern Fried Chicken Benedict this time and all I could say is yum! The serving was huge, biscuit perfectly baked, chicken seasoned and breaded for the right crisp, hollandaise sauce very tasty. Can't wait to go back again to try even more dishes.

The ambiance is perfect for brunch. I sat on the side with the street and lots of windows. Got seated right away and didn't have to wait which was a surprise. I got the shrimp and grits. They were sooooo good. I got a side of bacon as well which was good. My friends got the chicken and waffles and the eggs Benedict with chicken. They both said they were very good. You can bring your own champagne as well which is nice. They don't serve alcohol. When I'm back in town I will definitely be back. My friends come here all the time because the food is very good and doesn't disappoint.

This was a very charming brunch spot. We were seated right away and greeted by several employees. The food was hot and fresh and I would definitely come back. They actually have ginger ale here!

I'd been to West Ave Grille once before and failed to post a review - this time, I didn't. We went last weekend - about 30 minutes before it opened. By the time the doors opened there were around 12-15 people in line. We ordered the Fried Chicken with Belgian Waffle, Veggie Omelette, a biscuit and the Grits - we shared everything. West Ave. pounds its chicken breast flattening it, however, it was perfectly cooked, tender, and the fried coating was delicious! Not to forget the amazing Belgian Waffle under the chicken, it was light and fluffy with a great flavor and really complimented the fried chicken. The veggie omelette had grilled onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and fontina cheese - it was savory and rich! The grits are some of the best I've had - well worth replacing the potatoes. West Ave. Grille is a must try for breakfast!

This is my second visit here. It is usually very busy and can have a long wait. Is worth it! Remember, it's BYOB, so come armed with your Proseco of choice. Waiters are attentive, and service is fast! My first time, I enjoyed the Southern Comfort and shared it with my husband, who chose the Surf and Turf grits. The southern comfort, a fried chicken breast atop well seasoned roasted potatoes and covered with gravy and served with a biscuit, was the better of the two dishes. The surf and Turf was delicious cheesy grits topped with brisket, crabcake, shrimp and lobster. This time I had a short stack with blueberries and a side of bacon. My husband had the chicken and waffles. We both enjoyed our meals but our first choices were the best.
